Reality Bytes expands IT support offerings for managed services clients

Since Q3, 2014 we have been working on a fairly major expansion for our managed IT services division of Reality Bytes, what we call Titanium Managed Services.  We have seen the growing demand for true 24/7 support anytime, anywhere, on any day.

Business has changed, whether we like it or not, most business is no longer conducted Monday to Friday, 9-5.  Those days are over!

Having recognized this for some time we sought out options to expand our delivery services beyond the current 8am to 8pm levels we currently had in our contracts with many businesses in Southern Alberta.  We are happy to announce that ALL our major contracts for managed technical support services moving forward will now carry a full 24/7/365 SLA (service level agreement) with improved response times of two minutes from the time you call, until you have a live level 2 tech able to assist via telephone or remote support.

 

How did we achieve this?

We have established a new location near Vancouver, B.C.  This location is staffed with the majority of our I.T. support team, and now houses our fully monitored, 24/7 NOC (Network Operations Center).

In addition to this expansion, we have established operational capabilities in Calgary and area to provide fast response to our client's needs, whether that requires direct on-site contact or support via telephone or remote access.

 

What does this mean for me?

If you are already supported under an IT support contract from Reality Bytes, we will contacting you over the next 30 days to arrange the necessary changes with your staff.  There is VERY LITTLE on your side of things that will change, so the process will be very painless.

We have also setup a dedicated 1-800 number specifically for support of our contracted IT customers.  This means if you are calling for support there are no buttons to press, no auto attendant to deal with.  You call, we pickup.  Anytime, from anywhere, on any day!
